We want you to enjoy playing our draw-based games and instant win games and using our site. We do not want to impose restrictions on how or when you play, but we ask that you consider your use of our site and the draw-based games and instant win games we offer in a responsible way. Please remember that un controlled gambling can be harmful.
Some things to consider:
-
You’re buying fun, not investing your money
-
Before playing, set strict limits on how much time and money you’re going to spend while playing
-
Quit while you’re ahead
-
Only play with money you can afford to lose
-
Don’t spend more money on playing with the hope to win back money that you have lost
-
Keep up other interests and hobbies – don’t let playing take over your life
-
Don’t play in order to escape from stress or boredom
-
Playing in moderation is okay
-
The key is… if you choose to play, play responsibly!

Taking a break from play
Should you need to take a break from gambling, we provide a number of options to help you control your gambling including Self-Exclusion.
You can take a break from playing all draw-based games and instant win games by suspending your play for a 30 days in your account. Changes take effect immediately and access will be reinstated after one month.
If you feel that a 30 day break from play is not enough, you can repeat the suspension or you can contact us through the Help section or your account to work out a solution.
Alternatively if you feel you need a longer break from gambling you can choose to self-exclude:
Self-exclusion means that your Islands Lotto account will remain closed for a minimum period of six months, one year, three years or five years and will not be reactivated under any circumstances during the exclusion.
If you have purchased Lotto tickets in advance, these will be cancelled and the funds returned to your account balance. Any available refundable funds will be returned to you.
To self-exclude go to the Account page and press the "Suspend Account" button. You will be provided options for short term suspension and exclusion. Alternatively please contact Customer Service.
Please contact us if you require any further information or assistance on self-exclusion or other gambling tool.
